First Entry - Why a blog on healing?

I thought it might be a good idea to start a blog on healing. A website is great, but it tends to be so formal. With a blog, I can jot down random thoughts to get myself (and you) thinking... about healing.

"So who thinks about healing on a regular basis?" you ask. Well, I do, for one. I think about it all the time. No, not healing a scab on my arm, or a bruise from a bump I had taken, but healing in the larger sense. You know, healing of the inner self, or the soul, if you like.

This type of healing is a process that goes on and on, everyday, every minute, every second. It is a cumulative thing that requires at least a passive amount of attention. When we learn to heal constantly, in everything that we do, we get closer to happiness and that joy we are all seeking.

So, that's just a bit about why I started this blog, and hopefully I can touch someone, anyone out there that needs a little assurance that they are not alone in the struggle to be whole.
